Now that 2017 is coming to an end, it’s time to get ready for winning in 2018.
I’m thankful for those of you who have attended my previous workshops and I’m looking forward to seeing new faces in these upcoming sessions.

Snow cream is one of my favorite treats. The only problem is that it requires one key ingredient that I typically only have access to once a year, snow!
When I was a little girl, growing up in NC, it almost never snowed. However, when it did I would get super excited. Why? I knew snow meant that I was in for a special bowl of yum. My mom had this magical treat that she made for me and it’s number one ingredient was snow.
Now that I’m a mom, I make it for my son.

After determining that your goal is SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-Bound) you have to say to yourself, “How am I going to make it happen.”
No matter what goal you are trying to achieve, you will have to determine what your objectives are, and what activities you will engage in to help you meet those objectives. SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. A SWOT Analysis a valuable tool that will give you a thorough lay of the land in which you operate.
