This year, the Sundance Film Festival has been an incredible showcase of black excellence. It’s been such an amazing and inspiring experience to witness black artist, who have put themselves in positions to control, the narrative talk about their personal journeys.

Last night, at the Sundance Film Festival, HBO’s Our Stories To Tellhosted Lowkey Insecure Dinner,an intimate dinner in celebration of the upcoming season of Insecure set to premiere April 12on HBO.

Issa Rae, Yvonne Orji, Prentice Penny, Jay Ellis, and Alexander Hodge participated in the panel conversation moderated by Elaine Welteroth.

Lowkey Insecure Dinner was part of Our Stories to Tell, a 3-day pop-up experience that celebrates HBO, TNT AND TBS’ commitment to multicultural storytelling, creators and audiences.
