Announcing Weekend Wellness

For many of us, 2020 has been extremely stressful! Dealing with loss of employment, social isolation, health concerns, and a whole host of unprecedented pressure in the face of COVID has indeed been challenging. However, it has also been a year where many of us have more time than ever to fully focus on ourselves and rethink the type of life we want to live.

Let 2020 be a time of reflection and rebirth!

Every Saturday we will come together to discuss a different wellness topic and engage in an interactive session with guided activities.

Announcing Weekend Wellness.

Powerful words to remember from the session! 😃

“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure…Your playing small does not serve the world. Marianne Williamson (Dian Griffin Jackson)

I am a friend to myself – I’m my own friend; I don’t need to fight with myself. (Brian Rainforth)

You want nothing but patience, or give it a more fascinating name: call it hope.’” Sense & Sensibility (Evelyn Rodriguez)
