Spicy Keto Chicken Soup

One of my biggest challenges with following the keto diet is getting enough fat in my diet. I come from the food pyramid generation so I was taught fat was bad which means I’m really not use to eating very fatty foods. One thing that’s helped is the concept of “drinking your fats.”

With my meals, I often drink a cup of my Spicy Keto Chicken Soup.

My recipe has all organic ingredients and is loaded up with thermogenic spices from Simply Organic to give your metabolism a boost! 🔥

Recipe:
1 cup Whole Foods 365 organic free-range chicken broth
1 tbsp of bacon fat
1 tbsp of Natural by Nature grass-fed heavy cream
1/8 tsp cayenne
1/8 tsp turmeric
1/8 tsp pink salt

It’s a tasty way to keep your macros in balance, give your brain the fat it needs, and keep away hunger.

(If you want a vegan option, try substituting the chicken broth with vegetable broth and the bacon fat with avocado oil.)
