One of my biggest challenges with following the keto diet is getting enough fat in my diet. I come from the food pyramid generation so I was taught fat was bad which means I’m really not use to eating very fatty foods. One thing that’s helped is the concept of “drinking your fats.”

It’s a tasty way to keep your macros in balance, give your brain the fat it needs, and keep away hunger.
(If you want a vegan option, try substituting the chicken broth with vegetable broth and the bacon fat with avocado oil.)
