Chia bowls are one of the best things to prep for a delicious and nutritious light meal or snack whenever you’re ready. Chia seeds are a wonderful addition to any diet because they are super high in protein and the carbs in them are almost all fiber, resulting in about only 1 net carb per tablespoon.
