Week one in #Zambia has been wonderful! It feels so good to be back in the field. I’m sorry but #remotework isn’t my jam. I need to be where the people are. I need to see the fruits of my labor and connected to the #community.
My #agribusiness project has been going great. I’ve made fast #friends, tried new #foods and #beverages I’ve never even seen before, and have been surrounded by beautiful #nature and #people.
Being in #Africa does hit the soul different when you’re a descendant of those who were stolen away. It’s not something you can explain, you just have to experience it. 🥰
