Production
In July 2018, it was announced that Keri Russell in negotiations to star. It was planned to begin filming in Vancouver, British Columbia, by the fourth quarter of 2018. In August 2018, Jesse Plemons joined the cast. In October 2018, Jeremy T. Thomas, Rory Cochrane joined the cast.
Release
