I know it’s been a minute. And if you’ve visited DGSpeaks.com lately, you might’ve noticed things have been real quiet around here. I haven’t been blogging all year.

So let me catch you up.

Life Got Loud, So I Went Quiet

Back in January, I hit pause. Not because I didn’t have stories to tell (you know I always do), but because sometimes, the storyteller needs space to just be.

I was navigating big transitions, personal growth, travel, business pivots, and some soul-level rest. The kind of rest that doesn’t always look pretty on Instagram but is oh-so-necessary.

In that time, I shifted my energy inward. I focused on my wellness, realigned my priorities, and started laying the groundwork for the next chapter of DG Speaks.

What I’ve Been Up To (The Short Version)

  • Living and teaching abroad (Uzbekistan, I see you 👀)
  • Planning a 5-week Camino de Santiago pilgrimage
