Chromotherapy for Better Mood and Better Sleep – My Experience Thus Far
Chromotherapy is an exciting thing that I recently decided to explore and I must say that I’m loving it. Although chromotherapy is considered pseudoscience, I definitely feel the difference with the red light in particular. It makes me feel so much calmer and more relaxed in the evenings. I also find that blue is a great color for me during meditation and breathing exercises.
People who practice this type of therapy swear by it. They say colors have a profound effect on us at all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. I’m definitely not an expert on this topic. The science is shaky but in my personal exploration of my mind and #body, it’s definitely a concept that I find interesting.
