Exploring the Magnificent Mount Rushmore: A Day to Remember
I remember looking at photos of Mount Rushmore in school and wondering what it must be like to see it in person. It felt like something so breathtaking unreal and so distant that I could never reach it. But, look ma, I made it!

Before leaving the park, I stopped by the gift shop, which offers a wide range of souvenirs and memorabilia. I picked up a few items to remember my visit, including a postcard and a replica of the monument.
