Mosaic Grove is a Ghana-based, women-led agribusiness focused on sustainable agriculture, food production, and long-term economic opportunity. The farm cultivates crops including cashews, apples, and dragon fruit.
When Mosaic Grove reached out, the land was productive, but the organization needed a clearer strategy to unlock its full potential, increase visibility, and build a stronger plan for growth.

One of the things I enjoy most about consulting is helping organizations see possibilities they may not yet see themselves.
