Ghana: Food Systems, Agribusiness, and Women’s Leadership

My Work in Ghana
My work in Ghana spans both international development consulting and current strategic advisory services. Over the years, I have partnered with farmer organizations, agribusinesses, and women-led enterprises to strengthen business systems, marketing, leadership, organizational development, and long-term sustainability.
Most recently, I have been working with Mosaic Grove, a Ghanaian women-led agribusiness focused on sustainable agriculture and value-added food production. My role has included strategic planning, brand positioning, communications, grant strategy, digital marketing, website development, and long-term organizational growth planning.
This ongoing partnership reflects the evolution of my consulting practice. While my earlier work focused heavily on technical assistance through international development projects, I now also help organizations build stronger brands, increase visibility, develop partnerships, and create sustainable pathways for growth.

Why Ghana Matters to My Work
Ghana represents the kind of work that sits at the heart of my consulting practice. It brings together food, agriculture, women’s economic empowerment, business development, culture, and practical strategy.
My experience in Ghana helped sharpen my understanding of how much potential exists inside farmer organizations, local food enterprises, and women-led agribusinesses when people have access to the right tools, training, visibility, and strategic support.
