How I Contributed
I contributed to strengthening Ghana’s horticultural industry through ACDI/VOCA. My work developed business-management capacity for pineapple farmers and included training and organizational support for agricultural groups.

I combined practical business management, market orientation, and organizational capacity building with participatory training designed around the realities of smallholder producers.
