3 Step Recipe for Fast and Delicious Snow Cream
Snow cream is one of my favorite treats. The only problem is that it requires one key ingredient that I typically only have access to once a year, snow! When I was a little girl, growing up in NC, it almost never snowed. However, when it did I would get super excited. Why? I knew snow meant that I was in for a special bowl of yum. My mom had this magical treat that she made for me and it’s number one ingredient was snow. Now that I’m a mom, I make it for my son.
There are multiple ways to make snow cream. I wanted to share with you one recipe that takes only a few minutes and has just 3 ingredients, snow, vanilla, and condensed milk. Ingredients:
- 1-14oz can of condensed milk
- 1 tsp of vanilla
- 12 cups of snow
Direction:
- Simply gather your captured snow and drizzle the vanilla on top. For this recipe, it’s best to use nonalcoholic vanilla.
- Now, pour your can of condensed milk over the snow.
- Finally, churn the mixture until it reaches the right consistency.
That’s it! Scoop and enjoy. And, yes. You can store the remainder in your freezer for a few days.?
