Fall-ing for These 5 Natural Whole Foods Products

I had to make a run to my corner Whole Foods Market to make a mini grocery haul and I grabbed a few of my favorite sauces, wine, and chocolate. I often like to remind people that eating organic food without artificial ingredients doesn’t have to be boring.

Because I value supporting farmers as much as possible, even when shopping at the grocery store, I look for brands that are fair trade or direct trade certified.

Additionally, because I value the environment and not having micro plastics in my body, I try to avoid anything packaged in plastic and purchase products that are packaged in glass, paper, or cardboard.

Here’s, what I picked up:

TRUFF Black Truffle Infused Spicy Mayonnaise

This sauce will make your burgers and fries incredible! It’s a must have in our house. Funny thing, I never like mayo growing up but I absolutely love TRUFF! I can’t even imagine having plain old ketchup now.

Back when I was a major Heinz junkie! LOL

FilaManila Adobo Sauce

This is a staple for my chicken dinners. Adobe chicken and rice? Yes, please. It’s a winner every time and it’s always perfect with this sauce.

Fourth & Heart Vanilla Ghee

If you’ve been following me for a while, then you know I love ghee. Fourth & Heart Vanilla Ghee is a must for my keto coffee and matcha.

Beyond Good Bar Uganda Salted Carmel Chocolate

This is pairing chocolate. I mean chocolate that’s meant to be eaten with wine or strawberries or something else to bring out it’s notes.

If you are thinking sweet Hershey’s you will not find that here. What you will find instead is deep decadent yumminess with a hint of salt.

I love this stuff. For me it’s the perfect indulgence after a long day with a glass of Teliani Valley • თელიანი ველი Kindzmarauli wine.

Teliani Valley • თელიანი ველი Kindzmarauli wine

That brings me to the last item on my list of Whole Food favorites, Teliani Valley • თელიანი ველი Kindzmarauli wine. This is a semi-sweet red from Georgia. The country not the state. LOL

It’s actually the guest red wine that I fell in love with and it’s my favorite wine. I couldn’t get it for a while during the pandemic so now I keep bottles stocked.

It’s so good you might find it hard to not down the entire bottle. I’ve had a rather hard time finding it outside of Whole Foods so if you find it anywhere else, let me know in the comments.
