Move over, Oprah! There’s a new life coach in town, and she’s taking the world by storm. Dr. Cheyenne Bryant, the designated life coach and producer for MTV’s hit show “Teen Mom Family Reunion,” is not only helping the show’s stars navigate their complex lives, but she’s also making it her mission to provide helpful tips for women on any topics related to lifestyle & wellness, mental health, and relationships.

As a psychology expert, Dr. Bryant knows that team-building exercises, private, and group sessions can strike important conversations for life-changing growth. And it’s not just the “Teen Mom” crew who can benefit from her expertise. With Women’s History Month in full swing, Dr. Bryant is making it a priority to share her knowledge with women everywhere.

But that’s not all. Dr. Bryant is also the NAACP President of San Pedro/Wilmington branch of LA County – talk about a boss lady! Recently, LA Mayor Karen Bass recognized Dr. Bryant’s incredible community work and philanthropic efforts by presenting her with the first NAACP street name after her.

But wait, there’s more! Dr. Bryant is also the founder of the Dr. Bryant Institute, the Dr. Bryant Foundation non-profit, and the author of the award-winning book “Mental Detox: The Power and Guidance to Implement Peace, Joy, Balance, and Financial Abundance in Your Life.” Oh, and did we mention she’s a motivational speaker, fitness advocate, community activist, and brand ambassador? Is there anything this woman can’t do?

With a double degree in Psychology and Pan African Studies, Dr. Bryant is a force to be reckoned with. She pursued her Master’s in Psychology at the University of Phoenix and went on to earn her Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University. Her impressive resume speaks for itself, but it’s her passion for helping others that truly sets her apart.

Dr. Bryant is a wellness guru with a wit sharper than a fresh carrot. She’s passionate about health because it’s “the nucleus of a good life” – and let’s be real, who doesn’t want a good life? In the next few years, Dr. Bryant plans on taking her career to new heights with “more best-selling books, show executive producing, and a global Life Coaching Hybrid Certification program.” Her legacy? “Helping people make peace from their broken pieces, and changing lives with her proven effective tools resulting in great quality of life!”
