Hella Nuts began as a pop-up at the lake in California, where their first offering was pineapple fritters and fried cauliflower. The local vegan markets soon became their playground, and it was there they introduced their now-famous ground walnut meat. The demand grew quickly, with customers requesting bigger packs of the flavorful, versatile walnut-based alternative.
