What This Year Taught Me About Enough

This year has made me think differently about the meaning of enough. Enough is a small word with a lot of weight. Enough money. Enough food. Enough space. Enough love. Enough rest. Enough truth.
A Smaller Word With a Bigger Weight
I used to think enough was mostly about having more. Now I am not so sure. Sometimes enough is about clarity. It is knowing what actually supports my life and what only keeps me performing.
What I Thought I Needed
That connects with women and rest, community resilience, and food memory. Enough is personal, but it is also deeply social.
Enough Food, Enough Rest, Enough Truth
Enough food should not be a privilege. Enough rest should not be a luxury. Enough truth should not be too much to ask from the rooms we enter.
Carrying Less Into What Comes Next
Quiet tools like Calm can help me listen, and practical resources from my Amazon shop can support daily life. Still, the deeper work is deciding what I no longer need to carry.
I want to move forward with a clearer sense of enough. Not scarcity. Not excess. Enough that lets me live honestly.
