Make sure every exterior door has a dependable lock that works smoothly. Many hosts, myself included, eventually upgrade to smart locks because they eliminate the need for physical keys and make it easy to change access codes between guests.

Good Lighting Makes a Difference

A well-lit property feels more welcoming while also improving safety.
