1. These recipes sound great and the directions are easy to follow. I especially like how some ingredients are optional. I’m not a fan of onions and appreciate how the lentil soup can be spared in this regard. I’ll make each recipe and hope for the great results you received.

    1. I don’t like onions either but I’ve found it’s more their texture and smell that puts me off. I like the flavor they give to things though. Often, I cook with onion powder but if I’m making a puree or sauce then I use fresh onions because they get lost in the mix. Also, sweet onions (the red ones) are the only ones I use. I can’t get down with white onions at all. LOL
